Simplyflooring.net offer a super fast UK Mainland delivery service - Next working day as long as your order is fully paid for, before 10am the previous day, Monday to  Friday. 

Delivery charges are £13.99 including VAT per item (not including own brand underlay). However, it is sometimes possible to combine orders, please see below*

Please note : We do not deliver or process orders at Weekends or Public Holidays. This can be organised for you but will cost extra, so please call us to get a quote before ordering.

It is very important that you supply a daytime contact number and a correct e.mail address as we will send you an e.mail to confirm your delivery date, which is often within one single working day or two of your order. All items must be signed for, whether it is by you or a neighbour* for it to be insured by us. 

*Signatures are only accepted from the householder or designated neighbour AT THEIR DOOR. We will not accept signatures from people outside the house, i.e. fixing a car or standing outside the gate!!! Our couriers are within their rights to refuse to deliver an item if they feel suspicious of circumstances.

*If you would like your flooring leaving in a secure place without requiring a signature, we shall need full details on the order, however, please be aware that Simplyflooring cannot be held responsible for items that go missing if you choose this option. Your item will not be insured and we cannot replace a missing or damaged item. Our couriers are very accountable for their deliveries.  They will take photographs of the safe place/neighbours house they have left the item in/with, for confirmation purposes.

DELIVERY IN MAINLAND UK

* Free Delivery of Own Brand Underlay.

Any order of our own brand underlay is free delivery.  However, please be aware that we cannot combine your carpet, laminate, vinyl or branded underlay with this offer so that your whole order is free.  If you order carpet and own branded underlay on the same order, there will be a £13.99 charge for your carpet delivery, but any own branded underlay will be free.

Delivery of Carpets or Vinyls 

The cost for delivery for each roll of carpet or vinyl is £13.99.  This is due to their bulk and their weight.  We are limited by our couriers health and safety requirements, so cannot offer a cheaper delivery service.  Occasionally we can combine the delivery depending on what you have ordered i.e. size and weight of the item. Please contact us if you are ordering more than one cut so that we can advise accordingly.

Delivery of  Laminates or Real Wood and Branded Underlay.

The cost for delivering one roll of underlay or one box of laminate or real wood is also £13.99, however in order for you to get the best value out of the delivery charge, we have been able to negotiate a better deal with our couriers with regards to these items - so wherever possible our items are based on twin packs rather than single items.  Ie the cost of a twin pack will cost the same for delivery as a single item will in these categories.  You are still able to purchase a single box of laminate, real wood or a roll of underlay but please be aware that the cost for delivery for one item would still be the £13.99 charge.

If you live in any of these areas, please contact us regarding your order so that we can quote you accordingly.  Alternatively, you can arrange for collection of the item via  your own courier - see collection instructions below under EU & Global Items, and we will work with you regarding the packaging etc., to ensure that you receive your item.

Delivery of General Orders

Any orders received Monday to Friday up to 10:00 am , (and once payment is confirmed,) will be processed that same day.  They will then be dispatched (depending on their size) with professional Door to Door Couriers. Orders received after 10am and on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Deliveries can be organised for next day depending on stock, or to suit the customer.  Please ensure that you leave a daytime number so that we can contact you to arrange the day for delivery if you do not want next day delivery.  It is important that you do this as someone must be at the property to accept the order on delivery or it will not be left without a signature, and will be returned to us immediately.

Please Note : For your own privacy, we shall not use your phone number or any information given, for any purpose, other than delivery of this order, or payment query. Please ensure that you put your full address on the order form - part addresses will result in problems during delivery. If you have any further delivery instructions or directions (If the property is hard to find for instance) - please put these in the special instructions section on the order form.


DELIVERIES TO ALTERNATIVE ADDRESSES

Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer the option adding a different delivery online other than the payment card address. This is a further step in Simplyflooring.net efforts to reduce fraudulent use of credit cards. Should you wish to have your rug delivered to another address, you must ring simplyflooring first on 01924 438334 and discuss it with one of our sales staff prior to making the order.

DELIVERIES TO EUROPE OR REST OF WORLD

Although we do not dispatch to other countries other than to mainland UK, we are happy to accept collections arranged by the customer direct with a courier.  We will package up and ensure that paperwork is correct. Please however, ensure that the delivery address and payment address are the same in all cases and wherever possible pay for your order via paypal.

In order to do this, firstly you will need to know the sizes and weights of any items that you are considering ordering in order to get a shipping quote.  Please e.mail us at shop@simplyflooring.net with the details of any carpets vinyls or laminates you are interested in and we will e.mail you back with any details you require.

You can then get a quote for collection at www.wedelivertheworld.com a quick and easy online service, where you do not need an account and can arrange collection from us to be delivered to you anywhere in the world.  Please ensure that you have read our details on returns before ordering and do not place the collection instruction until you have purchased the item from us.

Please then order the flooring as normal through www.simplyflooring.net and in the special instructions ensure that you add the comment Collection to be arranged by customer.  We will then e.mail you back with details regarding when the rug can be collected. 

You can then arrange your collection online with www.wedelivertheworld.com, On payment, the site will send you a link to some forms and labels -  please then forward us this link.  We can then make sure that all paperwork is correct and attached to your parcel for the collection.

We will then e.mail you once the collection has been made.



Tracking and Delivery of your item :

When we dispatch your item you will receive an e.mail confirming the dispatch ont he same day and also full tracking details for your item.  You will then be able to log into our couriers website with the details given and trace your delivery from collection here to delivery at your door.  You will also be able to log into your account at www.simplyflooring.net at any time to see what the current status of your order.

 If you do not receive your order on the agreed date please contact shop@simplyflooring.net 


All orders are insured unless you have opted for non signature/leaving in a safe place, and should your order, for an unforeseeable reason, not be received and be classed as missing by the courier (usually within 10 working days) a new one will be dispatched at no extra cost to the customer.

Yes, VAT is included in the cost of your items

Bulk Purchases :

If you wish to order a large quantity of flooring, (10 or more) then a discount on the flooring may be available depending on the type and quantity of flooring you wish to order. We may also be able to discount your delivery accordingly. Please contact us directly at

Secure Payment via Sagepay

Payment by visa, master card, maestro, paypal via our Payment provider Sagepay, is the fastest route to a quick delivery. We do accept cheques, but we will not dispatch an item until the cheque has cleared our bank, so this will of course incur a delay in receiving your item.

The website is usually up to date and clearly shows when an item is out of stock, however, we will inform you by e.mail within 1 working days if your flooring is out of stock, or if there is a problem, and you can choose whether or not to proceed with your order. In nearly every case we will give you an informed option of either an alternative item, a waiting period or a part/full refund if required.


If you are looking at ordering more than one cut of carpet or vinyl please contact us once you have placed your order and we will confirm whether we can combine the p & p, as this depends on the carpet or vinyl and sizes chosen.  In cases of combined p & p there will be a small additional charge on top of the single item delivery price to counter the additional weight of the item.
